Billy Lagwon Ragland was born on March 22, 2000, in Chicago, Ilinois

He regularly visited Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church with his mother and grandmother. Billy preceded in death by his aunt Vache Moore, three uncles Donald Ragland, Jessie and Craig Moore. His grandmother Estoria Ragland and grandfather Grover Staple, and his great grandparents Ola Mae Green and Albert Brody.

Billy was a respectable, kindhearted and loving son that loved his family and friends. His greatest trait was his calm, relaxed, and down-to-earth personality. He was a big guy with an even bigger heart who loved his parents as well as his entire family.
On April 17, 2026, Billy departed this life. He leaves to cherish his Mother Lakisha Staples, Father Billy Ragland. His two brothers Jonathan and Kuran Ragland and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and friends.
