Carvetta Latrice Abercrombie Stokes affectionate known as (Cah-Cah) entered life on October 20, 1987, to Carletha and Aundra Bracey in Chicago Illinois.
Carvetta accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of Zoe Life Ministries International under the leadership of Apostle John T. Abercrombie Jr. Carvetta attended May and Michelle Clark school. In 2006 Carvetta received her GED in Montogomery, Alabama. Carvetta graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2014 where she received her certificate for medical assistance.
Carvetta was a very outgoing person; she loved and enjoyed life. Carvetta was loved by everyone she met, and her legacy will continue to live on. Carvetta loved to cook and bake. She was an excellent hair braider. Carvetta enjoyed spending time with her daughter Amiriah, Mom, Carletha and Aunt Valerie.
Carvetta made her transition on June 24, 2026; her father, Aundra; Grandmother, Dorthy Abercrombie, her favorite uncle Pete, preceded her in death.
Carvetta leaves to cherish her memories; her husband Darwin, daughter Amiriah,mother, Carletha, Stepdad, Anthony Evans, her brothers: Darrail Abercrombie (Brianna),Ronnie Bracey, Dupree Raines, Sisters: Danielle Barnes, Takeisha Evans, Tamika Richardson, Arletta Raines, Nisha Thompson, Aunt; Valerie Abercrombie and a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.
