Chicago

Danny Barrow was born on April 18, 1952, to the union of Walter and Willie Barrow, both of whom preceded him in death.

In 1987, Danny accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at Armitage Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Charles Lyons. His faith became an important part of his life and guided him in his love and service to others.

Danny and Gloria's love story began during their elementary school years. What started as a childhood friendship blossomed into a lifelong partnership. They were united in holy matrimony and shared 56 wonderful years of marriage, building a life centered on faith, love, family, and commitment. Together they created a legacy that will continue through the generations they nurtured and loved.

Affectionately known as "Dankey" by those who knew and loved him, Danny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. He leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, kindness, and service.

Danny began his career with the Cook County Circuit Court in 1982 and remained a dedicated employee until his passing. He was known for his passion, commitment, and strong work ethic, earning the respect and admiration of both colleagues and the community he faithfully served.

Above all, Danny will be remembered for his caring heart, unwavering support of his family, and the countless lives he touched throughout his life.
