Chicago, IL - It Is With Heavy Hearts That We Announce The Passing Of Our Beloved Ja'Quan Q Butler, Who Left This World On July I, 2026, At The Age Of 29. Born on January I6, 1997, In The Vibrant City Of Chicago, Illinois, Ja'Quan Was The Cherished Son Of Chanda Madden And The Late Johnny Butler Sr. Though His Time With Us Was Far Too Short, Ja'Quan's Impact On Those Around Him Was Profound And Everlasting. Ja'Quan Spent His Early Years In Chicago, A City That Shaped Him And Became An Integral Part Of His Identity. He Began His Educational Journey At Bethune Elementary, Where He Attended Pre-K Through 2nd grade, Before Transferring To Guggheim Elementary School, Graduating 8th Grade In 20nt. His High School Years Saw Him At Perspectives Charter School And Roberson High School, As Well As Attending Ombudsman, An Alternative School, As He Worked Toward Obtaining His GED.

Throughout His Life, Ja'Quan Held Various Positions Through Temp Agencies. His Sister, Johniqua, Played A Pivotal Role In Helping Ja'Quan Find A New Path By Introducing Him To Chicago CRED, A Program Aiming To Better The Lives Of Young Individuals. It Was Here That Ja Quan Found Renewed Hope And A Sense Of Purpose, Surrounded By Supportive Life Coaches Who Embraced Him With Open Arms.

Ja'Quan Was A Man Who Relished The Simple Joys Of Life. He Was A Devoted Father To His Son, Ja'Quan Butler Jr., And Loved Nothing More Than Spending Time With His Family, Known For His Infectious Smile And Playful Spirit, Ja'Quan Was The Life Of Every Gathering. Whether He Was Cracking Jokes Or Engaging In Playful Banter, His Presence Filled The Room With Warmth And Laughter. His Unique Way Of Showing Affection Through Play Fighting Was A Testament To His Loving Nature. Generous To A Fault, Ja'Quan Would Give His Last Dollar To Help Others, Never Hesitating To Lend A Hand.

Ja'Quan Leaves Behind A Legacy Of Love And Joy. He Is Survived By His Son, Ja'Quan Butler Jr (Paris). His Loving Mother, Chanda Madden(William), His Grandmother Cathrine Madden, His Two Granddads Andrew Young And Johnny Butler Sr, His Six Siblings, Johnny Butler III, Johniqua Butler, Jonathan Butler, Jakee Butler, Janiya Butler,A'Johna King. His Bonus Siblings Linnell And Martiese . His Auntie Kenya Madden, His Uncles Marrio And Markus Butler, Osita Anichebe, Torrence Madden His Loved Extended To His One Niece Malaya Thomas, His Six Nephews Johnny Butler IV,Maurice Thomas,Narmere Thomas,Jionni Butler,Jayce Butler And Jaycen Butler.
