Joe Willie Feazell

Joe Willie Feazell was born March 18, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois, to Lee Flora and Wilmer Feazell Sr. He confessed

Christ at a young age at New Hope M.B. Church.

Joe grew up on the North Side of Chicago. He attended Sojourner Truth and Schiller Grade School. He also attended Near North High School. Joe, also known as JG, loved his family deeply. He was full of life, love, and energy. JG was the life of the party. He had a giving heart and loved to tell stories and listen to memories.

JG could lift up a room simply with his presence.

He will truly be missed.

On February 28, 2026, Joe's job was completed, and he was called home. Joe was preceded in death by his par-ents, Lee Flora and Wilmer Feazell Sr.; two children, Conchetta and Jovan; three brothers, Willie, Eugene, and Billy Feazell; and five sisters, Ethel Marie, Vera, Addie, Pearley, and Joyce.

He leaves to cherish his wonderful memories with those whom he loved: two sisters, Annette and Debra Feazell; two brothers, Wydell Sr. and Wilmer Jr.; seven daughters, Jonette, Shavon, Paris, Jonee, Simone, Jada, and Danyla; two sons, Joe Jr. and Julian; 10 grandchil-dren; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
