THE LIFE OF TERRELL HOWARD TAYLOR

On October 10, 2026, at 4:39 a.m., at the age of 36, Terrell Howard Taylor was called home to be with the Lord. Though his time on earth has come to an end his legacy will live on through his beloved children, family and friends. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Terrell was born on September 03, 1990, to Kiya Williams (Brandon Sr.) and Howard Taylor. He grew up on the South Side of Chicago and later moved to the southwest suburbs where he continued to grow, learn, and build meaningful relationships throughout his life.

FAITH AND SPIRTUAL JOURNEY

Terrell accepted Christ at an early age. As an infant, he was christened at The Life Center Church by Pastor T. L. Barrett. At the age of five, he was baptized by the late Bishop Brazier at Apostolic Church of God. He also attended Salem Baptist Church, where he would participate in Bible class alongside his mother. His early spiritual foundation was an important part of his life's journey.

EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Terrell attended Hindale High School and later transferred to Lincoln Challenge Academy where he obtained his high school diploma. By age 17 Terrell attended Kirkwood College where he earned his associate degree, along with a diploma in masonry and blueprint reading. These achievements reflected his dedication to learning, personal growth, and developing skills that would serve him throughout his life.

A LOVING FATHER AND FAMILY MAN

Above all, Terrell loved his family. Nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his children. His three beautiful daughters, Nova, Niyah, and Kamiyah, held a special place in his heart and were among the greatest blessings of his life. The love he shared with them will remain a treasured part of his legacy, carried forward through the memories they made and the bond they will always share. Terrell also cherished the relationships he built with his family and those closest to him. Throughout his journey, he formed lasting connections with many people who became more than acquaintances they became true friends. His personality, presence, and the memories he created with those around him will never be forgotten.

THOSE LEFT TO CHERISH HIS MEMORIES

Terrell leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving parents, Kiya Williams (Brandon Sr.) and Howard lor his two siblings, Brandon Lawrence Jr. and Kyla Lawrence; his two half-sisters, Olivia Taylor and Imani Taylor; his Godmother Angela McElrath and God Brother RaShawn McElrath, his three beloved daughters, Nova, Niyah, and Kamiya Taylor; and a host of extended family members and dear friends. Terrell's life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his love a gift that will remain with those he leaves behind. Although his physical presence will be deeply missed, the impact he made on the lives of his children, family, and friends will continue to live on. As we say farewell to Terrell, we hold close the love, laughter, and memories he leaves behind. May he rest peacefully in the loving arms of the Lord, knowing that he was loved deeply and will be missed beyond measure.

Forever loved. Never forgotten. Rest in heavenly peace. Terrell Howard Taylor
